- User Interface Engineer
- Work closely with developers and business analysts to create and implement front-ends for SAAS products. In charge of semantic markup implementation, translation of wire-frames to valid XHTML / CSS and user interface design.
- Created default template skin for entire software application.
- Initiated 508-compliance within community software application.
- Created help system with Server Side Includes and unobtrusive / 508 compliant JavaScript.
- Created and implemented a User Interface CSS framework based on JSR-286 specifications combined with POSH html / CSS best practices to allow developers to "drop-in" desired styles throughout our community portal application.
- Restructured Java based "Community" application, from a JSP dependent / HTML table-based front-end to a standards-compliant solution, with W3C valid xHTML, CSS2 with a templating engine.
- Designed UI for Calendar, Reviews, Messages, Blog, Wiki, Reviews, Administration, Forms, Document storage, Search and Profile sections of application with an emphasis on semantic markup and 508-compliance.
- Independently headed and implemented organic SEO tactics throughout our community application which has fostered top SERP rankings consistently for targeted keywords and search terms.

- Originally started KosiDesigns as an independent web site design firm.
